Delivery for Charcoal, Fire Starters, and Lighter Fluid:
Regions: Ogre, Bauska, Aizkraukle, Jelgava, Olaine, Mārupe, Ķekava, Ropaži, Ādaži, Saulkrasti, Sigulda, Cēsis.
Delivery is free of charge for these regions with a minimum order of €50.
Outside these regions, delivery is free of charge with a minimum order of €150.

Delivery for Pellets, Briquettes, and Firewood in Bags (up to 2 pallets):
The cost depends on the weight, size, and delivery distance.
Within a 20 km radius of Ogre, delivery is free of charge with a minimum order of €220.
Outside this radius, the delivery cost is €0.70 per km (one-way distance only).

Please Note:
- Delivery will be made within 5 working days from the receipt of payment.
- Delivery times are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on working days.
- The driver will call the customer before delivery to notify of arrival (it's important for customers to answer calls and not ignore unfamiliar numbers).
- The delivery will be made by a truck, so:
- The driveway and gate width must be more than 3 meters wide.
- The road surface must be safe for the truck to pass.
- Please inform us of any height restrictions, such as trees or roofs.
- Please inform us of any weight restriction signs on the road, as the truck’s full weight can exceed 10 tons.
- The driver must have a safe way to exit the delivery site, either by making a safe U-turn or by exiting through another side without reversing.
Delivery Working Hours:
- We deliver on working days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (exceptions can be made for Saturday deliveries).

If you would like the goods to be placed inside a shed/garage or any other convenient location, we can do so for an additional fee.
